Harris Hill Pool and Park Station set to close for 2024 season

CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Chemung County announced when the Harris Hill Pool and Park Station are closing for the season.

The Harris Hill Pool’s last day for the 2024 season will be Sunday, Aug. 18, and it’ll close at 7 p.m. People who have season passes for the pool can use them to enter Park Station until it closes for the year.

Park Station’s waterfront will be open from noon until 6 p.m. daily through Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 2). However, the waterfront will be closed on Thursday, Aug. 29, and Friday, Aug. 30, due to a lack of staff.

The snack bar and control booth will be open every day through Labor Day even on days when the waterfront is closed. The snack bar will be open from noon until 6 p.m., and the control booth will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

These times and dates are subject to change due to the weather or staffing issues.
