18 Sports Plays of the Week – 09/17

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – It’s time for the next big list of the 18 Sports Plays of the Week.

The 18 Sports team showcases the top plays from the past week in the Twin Tiers. Top honors this week include four hard-hitting highlights in football and a great goal in soccer. Waverly’s Kam Hills and Horseheads Kyle Ernst kick-off plays of the week with two big hits.

On the other side of the ball, Elmira’s Zach Conklin connected with Arius Bradbury on a perfect throw and catch. Next up, Spencer-Van Etten/Candor’s Charlie Hilbert rattled off a physical touchdown run against Dryden. Finally, Sebastian Capriotti scores in style, for his second of four goals in Elmira Notre Dame boys soccer’s win over Watkins Glen.
