    Tioga County, Pa. 4-H accepting donations for winter coat drive

    TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. ( WETM ) – The 4-H program in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, is accepting donations of winter clothing items for its winter coat drive in collaboration with the 4-H program in Potter County.

    The 4-H program is accepting donations of coats, gloves, hats and scarves to help support families who are in need this winter. These items should be in new or like-new condition.

    Drop-off locations are spread out throughout Tioga County, Pennsylvania, and one location in Potter County. A list of these locations, as well as drop-off instructions, can be found below:

    • Liberty Lutheran Church
      • 4478 Williamson Trail, Liberty
    • St. James Episcopal Church
      • 30 Wellsboro St., Mansfield
      • Drop off items on Parish Hall front porch
    • Wellsboro Extension Office
      • 114 Main St., Wellsboro
      • Drop off items on front porch
    • Potter Extension Office
      • 1 North Main St., Room 216, Coudersport
      • Use extension entrance by gym

    All locations will be accepting donations until Sunday, Oct. 27. The coat drive will take place on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sister Jenny’s Outreach on Route 287 at 19 Plaza Ln. in Middlebury Center.
