The district attorney states that when the residents of the home contacted police, Bailey threatened them saying that he had poured gas on the side of their house. Upon arrival at the scene, police discovered that lighter fluid had been sprayed on the outside of the house.

Bailey’s sentencing is also derived from his criminal history including possession of drugs, simple assault, harassment, driving under the influence of alcohol and theft-related incidents.
