ELMIRA, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Eldridge Park is celebrating the fall season with a weekend full of fun.

Eldridge Park is reopening a couple of its attractions a month after the amusement park closed for the 2024 season for its first-ever Harvest Weekend. The autumnal event will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, and Sunday, Oct. 13.

Mini golf games and carousel rides will be available for purchase throughout the weekend, and the mini golf course will be decorated for Halloween. Each day will also feature a special event.

Musician Payton Clark will perform from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, and visitors can shop at a craft fair in the Dance Hall from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday will feature free pumpkin painting from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and free face painting from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The park has 75 pumpkins available for painting, so be sure to arrive early if you want to guarantee that you’ll get to paint one.
