‘Cause for the Paws’ fundraiser to benefit Elmira Animal Shelter

ELMIRA, N.Y. ( WETM ) – A spaghetti dinner fundraiser is being held to raise money for the City of Elmira Animal Shelter this October.

The ‘Cause for the Paws’ fundraiser will take place on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 4:30 p.m. at the Elmira Elk’s Club on 300 East Gray Street.

The event will feature a spaghetti dinner that can be purchased for eat-in or take-out for $15. The dinner will include spaghetti, meatballs, salad, bread, dessert and a soft drink.

In addition to the spaghetti dinner, the event will feature a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle. Attendees are also encouraged to bring donations of pet food and litter for the animal shelter to the event.
