    A Freeze Watch is in effect for a portion of the Twin Tiers

    The National Weather Service in State College has issued the following alert:


    FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
    MORNING...


    * WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 degrees possible.

    * WHERE...Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, McKean, Northern Centre,
    Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga
    Counties.

    * WHEN...From late tonight through 9 AM Tuesday morning.

    * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
    sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
    plumbing.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

    Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive
    vegetation.

    Potted plants should be brought inside.
