Hold on tomatoes! Mother Nature is on the way.

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – A frost warning is issued for Tioga, PA but it will be cold for all of us overnight. Here are your current conditions. I’ll have a look at the tropics in a few minutes.

Showers will diminish overnight with partly cloudy skies. We will be left with quieter and warmer weather for the rest of the week and into the next.

Temperatures will fall into the low-30s overnight and some frost on the grass and freezing conditions will be the rule for the night.

Then high pressure is going to be the name of the game for about a week. That is going to bring on the sunshine in all of its glory. So, if there is a chance of you keeping your veggies or pretty flowers healthy over the next few days, they will will be able to bask in the sunshine and keep on growing for at least another week as highs reach into the 70s across the board.

Overnight lows in the low-30s and chances for frost. Then sunshine and fewer clouds Thursday and highs in the 50s.
