This will begin on Friday in places like Aberdeen and Pierre and then for the entire area for the weekend and for Monday as well.

Police: Woman used gas can to set car, tree on fire
Sioux Falls police say they arrested a woman on Sunday morning after she set fire to a car and tree in northern Sioux Falls. Police spokesman Sam Clemens said the woman poured gasoline from a canister onto a car in the 800 block of North Prairie Avenue before setting it on fire. She then allegedly lit a tree on fire near the 900 block of West 2nd Street.
