That’s just not how progress and our economy works. For better or worse if you can’t afford to live there after the additional growth then you have to move. I know that doesn’t sound “nice” but no one is going to help me with my property tax bill increase so you shouldn’t have a handout either. I’m tired of the help for thee but never me even though I work so hard for everything I have.

Northside has so many decrepit run down and abandoned properties. It needs major revamping. It has high crime and illegal activity. All of this development is good and can only mean good things for this neighborhood.
