TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Citrus County man won $1 million from a scratch-off ticket sold at Publix.

James Breseman, 63, of Beverly Hills, claims the $1 million prize in the 500X the Cash game.

He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time payment of $640,000.

The winning ticket was purchased at a Publix in Crystal River, located at 6760 West Gulf to Lake Highway. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the ticket.
