Police search for armed individual who robbed a Circle K

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa police are asking the community for help in identifying an armed individual who robbed a Circle K last month.

Around 5 a.m. on Aug. 25, the individual was seen standing at the counter of Circle K on Florida Avenue when they pulled out a firearm and demanded money from the employee, according to the police department.

No injuries were reported.

The individual wore a baseball hat, dark hoodie, and denim jeans. They were also carrying a dark-colored drawstring bag.

Police said the individual left the Circle K on a bicycle east of Giddens Avenue.
