    South Tampa businesses open food giveaway for residents affected by Helene

    TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Numerous South Tampa businesses will provide food for those affected by Hurricane Helene on Saturday.

    More than 100 charcuterie boxes and peanut butter and jelly with fruit plates for children will be available for pick up starting Saturday at 3 p.m. until they run out.

    Below are the businesses that put the food giveaway together:

    • Krewemates
    • Life is Gouda Charcuterie
    • Fresh Fit Food
    • Social Bird Events
    • Honey and Olive Bakery

    Residents who were affected by Hurricane Helene can pick up the boxes at 3225 South Macdill Avenue Unit 105.
