Hillsborough officials give update on Hurricane Milton damage, relief efforts

VALRICO, Fla. (WFLA) — Hillsborough County officials and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody will discuss the impacts of Hurricane Milton.

Sheriff Chad Chronister will provide updates on the severe damages, along with ongoing rescue and relief efforts across the county.

“In the wake of Hurricane Milton, our deputies have been working tirelessly to assist those affected and restore a sense of safety and order to our community,” the sheriff said. “We are committed to helping every resident impacted by this storm through this challenging recovery period.”
