    Body found in Hillsborough River near Rowlett Park in Tampa

    TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A body was found Monday afternoon in the Hillsborough River near Rowlett Park, according to the Tampa Police Department.

    The body was found at about 1:30 p.m., police said, noting that there were no “obvious indications” of foul play.

    Missing woman found dead inside submerged vehicle in Pasco County

    Officials are working to determine the identity of the body and the medical examiner will determine a cause of death.

    No additional information was immediately available.
