Hurricane clean-up kits to be distributed at Children’s Board of Hillsborough County on Friday

TAMPA, Fla . (WFLA) — Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay has put together thousands of hurricane clean-up kits to distribute to those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Semi-trucks delivered supplies to the RTTB Hurricane Distribution Center all week.

On Friday, Oct. 18, from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. or until supplies run out, staff and volunteers will be handing out buckets filled with supplies at the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (1002 E. Palm Ave, Tampa, FL 33605 ).

Those in need can drive up, open their trunks, and drive through. Volunteers will then load the items into their vehicles.

Some of the items that will be handed out or available for free include:

• Cleaning Supplies
• Tarps
• Meals Ready to Eat
• Hygiene Kits
• Snack Packs
• Water and much more
