Fond du Lac Police Department receives heartwarming surprise from local teens

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers from the Fond du Lac Police Department got a wonderful surprise from the Teen Club at the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac.

The Fond du Lac Police Department posted on Facebook that they received thank you cards that were handmade and delivered by teenagers.

The cards came in honor of National Heroes Day on Oct. 7, and the Fond du Lac Fire Rescue also got the cards as well.

In addition, one of the uniformed officers was able to hang out with several members of the club afterward.
