    Update:

Scattered storms will pass through Orlando early and mid-afternoon, shifting west of Orlando for the afternoon drive.

A few additional showers may form in certain spots for the afternoon drive, although the trend is for rain to taper late afternoon.

Tuesday,  a morning shower is possible, although most areas will be quiet.

Tuesday midday afternoon will bring a few more quiet storms.

Daily rains are forecast to become more widespread by the end of the week.

Tropics are still quiet for the next week, but development is expected to pick back up in 2 to 3 weeks from now.

The next storm’s name is Francine, when that sixth named storm of the year does form.
