Pinpoint Weather: Pleasant weekend ahead

ROANOKE, Va. ( WFXR ) – Slightly less humid air will move into the region this weekend. Rain chances are small, but a very isolated shower or storm is possible in the mountains.

Any rain will be light with less than a tenth of an inch expected. Many areas will receive no rain.

The main area will remain to our west this weekend, but rain chances will start to increase again next week across Virginia.

Temperatures will remain pleasant on Saturday with lows in the 50s and 60s and highs in the 70s and 80s.

Temperatures will get hot on Sunday with highs near 90. As rain chances increase Monday and Tuesday, temperatures will pull back, rising into the mid-80s. Heat returns again for the second half of the week with highs in the lower 90s.
