More heavy rain in area Tuesday night and Wednesday morning
Some tornado warnings were issued close to the area Tuesday, but the biggest problem seems to be more heavy rain. later on in the night. Pickled at the Park: Pickleball tourney set for Knoxville
The growing number of pickleball players in Knox County has led the city of Knoxville to host the first pickleball tournament in the area this summer. The tournament, Pickled At The Park, gets underway at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 27 at James Knox Park. Johnathan Reed, Knoxville City Council 4th Ward alderman, helped bring the courts to the James Knox Park back in 2023. Johnathan, along with Morgan Seabloom will run the event in July.
