can you say boondoggle? it's not needed...all that farmland wasted... people don't want to hear jets at all hours...so much for quality of life eh. look at who stands to benefit and all the money to be made...none for the residents I guarantee you.there already is a third airport in Gary which would do the trick but our greasy Pol's and business people don't control it

To me, this makes total sense. With this airport Gotion (CCP) will have good air access for whatever they want to bring into the U.S. Just a good landing spot. Right in the middle of the states.
