    Identity of man who died in Buffalo Grove house fire released

    BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — The Lake County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of a man who died last month in a house fire in northwest suburban Buffalo Grove.

    The body of 39-year-old Aaron Lambert was found July 22 in an attached garage after flames engulfed a two-story home in the 600 block of Woodhollow Lane.

    Buffalo Grove fire crews responded to the scene just after 10:20 a.m. following reports of heavy flames and a missing occupant.

    After controlling the blaze, crews discovered Lambert’s body.

    He was pronounced dead at the scene.
