Man wins $690K on Illinois Lottery app, boss tells him ‘please don’t quit’

CHICAGO — An Illinois Lottery online app player is the winner of $690,000, and knows exactly what he wants to do with the money.

The man, nicknamed ‘Future Audi Owner,’ has plans to spoil himself with a new Audi.

“As soon as I realized I won, the first person I told was my boss,” explained the man. “He texted back, ‘Please don’t quit – we need you!’ It made me laugh, but I told him not to worry, I’m not going anywhere.”

The lucky online player won off the Ultimate Diamond Jackpot on the Illinois Lottery app.

“It’s so convenient to play on the Illinois Lottery app. I was about to close my app one day when I decided to play one more time. On the very last number of the game, I hit the jackpot. I couldn’t believe it!,” shared the man.
