Benchmark chef, bartender offer preview of new menu

CHICAGO — An Old Town restaurant is back with a modern look and a new menu.

Benchmark , located in the 1500 block of North Wells Street, opened back in 2010, but after COVID, the Four Corners Group, which owns the restaurant, decided it was time for a refresh.

The restaurant has been back open for about six weeks now.

Four Corners Field Operations Bartender Tim Ryll and Four Corners Chef Chris Ponce joined WGN Morning News on Saturday to offer a look at what guests can expect.
