    Chicago police seek suspects in Red Line robbery, assault

    CHICAGO – Mass Transit Detectives with the Chicago Police Department are searching for a group of suspects who robbed a group of people aboard a Red Line train.

    Chicago police said the robbery happened on Sept. 7 at around 9 p.m.

    5 sought for armed robbery at 69th Street Red Line station

    The victims were on the train approaching the 47th Street station when they were beaten, kicked, and had their property taken, according to investigators.

    Police described the suspects as males and females between the ages of 18-25.
