Chicago daytime highs expected to remain above normal for the foreseeable future…

Thursday’s high temperatures warmed nearly 10 degrees over Wednesday, including the 100 ^th day this year of 80 degrees or warmer at Midway Airport

Interesting note, the high on this date a year ago was an unseasonable 87 degrees despite the normal high of 69 degrees.

Despite the modest cool-down Friday and again early next week, daytime highs are expected to remain above normal for the foreseeable future.
