Wieners Circle, Chef Grant Achatz hint at teaming up for corndog

CHICAGO — Fine dining meets … well, Wieners Circle? It could be happening – in the form of a corn dog.

Chicago icons Chef Grant Achatz and Wieners Circle are all but Instagram official as they hinted they might be teaming up.

As first reported in Block Club , Achatz posted on his Instagram story a photo of one very fancy looking corndog with the caption “@wienerscircle, How to you feel about a collab?”

To which the Wieners Circle replied in the brash style Chicago has come to know and love, “How bout (Explicative) yes where do we sign?”

Achatz then commented “We are 100 in, can’t wait.”

Achatz then told Block Club the team up will likely coincide with Alinea’s 20th anniversary next year.
