Chicagoland residents might feel a little like Bill Murray in “Groundhog Day,” judging by the weather conditions.

But don’t worry, it is actually a different day.

Thursday will feel exactly like Wednesday in Chicagoland, and a lot like the days before that. Once again, the area will be bathed in pleasant fall conditions, with abundant sunshine.

But the temperature range will vary widely from northeast to southwest, with highs in northeast areas in the upper 60s and highs in southeast areas approaching the mid-70s.

All of Chicagoland will see a big warm-up on Friday, with highs in the lower 80s being accompanied by breezy conditions.

It’ll cool off for the weekend, with highs in the 60s and a chance of rain, then some real fall weather looks to kick in for the start of next week, with highs only in the 50s.
