Fifteen kiosks can now be found inside Mariano’s, Jewel-Osco, Kroger and Meijer grocery stores in Chicago, the suburbs and downstate.

how about using technology to actually make life make sense! if people get pissed off like it is already with AI on trying to get a live person on the customer service, with the automated annoying 10 million questions, before connecting to the "right" person, this is going to be a DISASTER!!!! Instead,go back to the days of being able to instantly get your driver's license and plates right at the DMV instead of sending the shit through the US Mail (of all irresponsible things) and use technology to make a plate right then and there! you have all the technology available! Instead of some box of irritating annoying questions for things I can already on my own phone!
