why don't we do this for every 5 million dollars a millionaire has he has to give a million dollars away to help the poor and the government can't get involved in dispersing it if we done that everybody in the world would be able to have a million dollars before it was all said and done if you can't start a business if you can't Finance your money in a way that it supports you the rest of your life that's on you give me a million dollars I'll take over the world
