According to court documents, Jordan was then detained and waived her Miranda Rights, admitting that she argued with the victim and it turned physical. Officers viewed the surveillance video and saw that the victim allegedly pushed Jordan down into some shrubbery. Joran then went into a residence to retrieve a handgun and confronted the victim outside.

According to authorities, Jordan allegedly fired two shots at the victim and the victim attempted to flee the scene. As a result of the shooting, the victim was pronounced deceased after suffering from two gunshot wounds in their back.

Jordan was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder.
