Where Y’at this Weekend: Vampire Apothecary, Ponchartrain Home Show, Saenger Theater, Mahalia Jackson Theater

NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — Fall officially begins just one month from today…but the summer events continue in the Crescent City: gear up for an apothecary-themed magic spectacle, a home show that’s also a food fest, and an appearance by the Queen of Drag. Here are Where Y’at’s weekend picks:

• Enjoy mystifying magic at Dr. Dalgo’s Diabolical Delusions show tomorrow night at the Vampire Apothecary in the French Quarter, where attendees can witness and assist in the supernatural. The Vampire Apothecary is known for its gothic decor and delicious vampire-themed dishes and cocktails.
• On Saturday and Sunday, the Pontchartrain Home Show will be showcasing the latest in kitchens, bathrooms, and more at Kenner’s Pontchartrain Center. Additionally, there will be complimentary tastings from more than 20 brands as part of Langenstein’s Food Fest.
• Next, the Australian Pink Floyd Show is at the Saenger Theater on Saturday night, offering a salute to the iconic music of Pink Floyd. This renowned tribute band presents a visually stunning show, complete with elaborate light displays and immersive soundscapes.
• Finally, the Mahalia Jackson Theater on Saturday night will host The Queen of Drag, RuPaul , and the Drag Race All Stars from Season 9. See the return of fan favorites, including Roxxxy Andrews and others! The queens will perform to compete for the title of All-Star Queen.
