JEFFERSON PARISH, La. ( WGNO ) — Jefferson Parish officials gather together on Monday, Sept 9 to discuss preparation and response to Tropical Storm Francine.

Tropical Storm Francine is currently set to make landfall on Wednesday, Sept. 11. as a potential category 2 hurricane, which has prompted responses from government officials in Louisiana .
