Taylor Swift events at ‘Friendship Bracelet Eras Convention’ in NOLA

NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — The first ever Taylor Swift convention is making its way to New Orleans to tie-in with the “Eras” tour at the Caesars Superdome.

“Swiftie” and convention organizer Rebecca Fox is spinning and shaking with excitement and anticipation for the first-ever Taylor Swift convention in New Orleans from Oct. 24, 2024, to Oct. 28, 2024.

The convention will include a “Swiftie” second line parade, a “Swiftie” streetcar ride, trivia, scavenger hunts, breakfast, brunch, a dance party, a pajama party, a karaoke party, a pool party, a friendship bracelet-making party and more.

There will also be Taylor Swift-themed food and drinks during the convention.

“There are so many activities for Swifties of all ages and we’re so excited about it. There’s a lot of people coming in from all over the world,” Fox said.

Thursday, Oct. 24:

-Streetcar & French Quarter Tour from 12-4 p.m.

-Bracelet Making Party from 4-6 p.m.

-Beginner Trivia from 6-8 p.m.

-Advanced Trivia from 8-10 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 25:

-Scavenger Hunt from 2-4 p.m.

-Second Line from 6-7 p.m.

-Taylor’s Talent Show from 12-2 p.m.

-Bracelet Making Party from 2-4 p.m.

-Trivia from 4-6 p.m.

-“Shake It Off Dance Party from 7-10 p.m.

-Breakfast at Midnight 12-2 a.m.

Saturday, Oct. 26:

-Scavenger Hunt from 2-4 p.m.

-Second Line from 6-7 p.m.

-Brunch and Game Show from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

-13 Treasures Geocaching 12 p.m.

-Trivia from 1-3 p.m.

-Friendship Bracelet Making Party from 3-5 p.m.

-Name that Taylor Tune from 5-6 p.m.

-This Swift Beat Karaoke Party from 7-10 p.m.

-Breakfast at Midnight from 12-2 a.m.

Sunday, Oct. 27:

-Scavenger Hunt from 2-4 p.m.

-Second Line from 6-7 p.m.

-Breakfast and Fashion Show from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

-13 Treasures Geocaching at 12 p.m.

-Friendship Bracelet Making Party from 3-5 p.m.

-Pajama Jammy Jam from 7-10 p.m.

-Breakfast at Midnight from 12-2 a.m.

-“TayYoga” from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

-Pool Party from 12-4 p.m.

There will also be a vendor fair daily with Taylor Swift memorabilia and prizes at various events, including concert tickets.
