Coffee college on the North Shore at PJ’s University

MANDEVILLE, La. ( WGNO ) – It’s a coffee college.

And it’s the way of PJ’s of New Orleans.

On the North Shore, it’s where PJ’s baristas go to learn the art of making the perfect cup of coffee.

And WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood signed up as a student for the day.

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans and New Orleans Roast are both in the good hands of New Orleans roastmaster Felton Jones.

Tuesday, Oct. 1 is the day for coffee lovers around the world to take a big sip and celebrate.

It’s International Coffee Day.
