Man accused in Lacombe area homicide arrested

LACOMBE, La. ( WGNO ) — The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office announced an arrest was made in connection to a Lacombe area murder.

On Tuesday, Oct. 15, deputies arrested 17-year-old Caleb Gasery who they believed was responsible for the murder of Jason Summer on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

The incident reportedly happened outside a home on East Jackson St.

Gasery has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on a count of second-degree murder.
