MINNEAPOLIS — Brace for more rain and storms on Monday in parts of Minnesota, including the Twin Cities.A tornado warning for Kanidyohi, Renville and Chippewa counties has expired. The National Weather Service said radar-indicated rotation prompted the warning. A few storms will roll over southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin on Monday afternoon, with a low severe threat for wind and hail.During the dry time on Monday, we'll see a mix of sun and clouds. It'll be a hot and humid day with highs in the mid-80s. High pressure and cooler temperatures will move in for the remainder of the week, with some really nice days coming our way with highs in the 70s, low humidity and sunshine.Outside of some passing showers on Tuesday, it appears that we stay dry for the next few days. ROCHESTER, Minn. – A major construction project starts Monday at the Interstate 90/Highway 52 interchanges southeast of Rochester. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) says it is part of a three-year, $27.5 million project to replace the I-90 bridges over Highway 52, construct a new ramp for southbound Highway 52 to eastbound I-90, reconstruct all ramps and loops, and replace large culverts under interchange ramps.
