ROCHESTER, Minn. – A major construction project starts Monday at the Interstate 90/Highway 52 interchanges southeast of Rochester. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) says it is part of a three-year, $27.5 million project to replace the I-90 bridges over Highway 52, construct a new ramp for southbound Highway 52 to eastbound I-90, reconstruct all ramps and loops, and replace large culverts under interchange ramps.
