Terminal South is buzzing with new tenant additions, with coffee and cocktails joining the lineup at the upcoming development’s food hall.

Everyday People Caffeine and Cocktails will be opening at Switchman Hall, featuring a walk-up window along Ridge Avenue for easy access. The offerings will change throughout the day, but visitors can expect an extensive coffee menu and cocktail program, along with grab-and-go breakfast and lunch items and late-night bites.

Atlanta’s own Portrait Coffee will provide the coffee beans. Cocktails will be created with minority-owned spirits as much as possible, according to a news release.

Menu highlights will include the Everyday I’m Matcha’n’ featuring ceremonial green tea matcha, oat milk and a house-made cinnamon vanilla simple syrup, as well as the Peoples Espresso Martini with house-made vanilla bean simple syrup, coffee beans and vodka.

Everyday People Caffeine and Cocktails comes from Carl Northrop , the owner of Black Coffee ATL . He will also be opening a sandwich concept at Switchman Hall called Saint Jawns .

Terminal South is slated to open in late 2024. It is located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the final stop on the city’s first-ever bus rapid transit line – MARTA Rapid. It features the adaptive reuse of two former warehouse structures, introducing approximately 45,625 square feet of mixed-use space that will include a collection of restaurants at the planned food hall known as Switchman Hall.

The development is led by Stafford Properties .
