Upscale Eatery to Open New Outlet in Wellesley

A small upscale chain with roots in New York is set to open a new restaurant in Wellesley . Boston Restaurant Talk recently covered this development.

According to a previous article from The Swellesley Report and confirmed by the eatery’s website , Black & Blue Steak and Crab is headed to 65 Central St in Wellesley Square .

Charlie Fitzsimmons , the owner and restaurateur behind New York-based restaurant group Two for Seven , is at the helm of this venture.

The forthcoming Wellesley establishment will add to Black & Blue’s existing outlets in Rochester, Buffalo, and Albany, as well as another nearby location in Burlington, MA.

True to its name, Black & Blue offers a diverse menu featuring seafood and steak dishes, complemented by soups, salads, and shareable sides. Additionally, the restaurant boasts an extensive selection of desserts, wines, specialty cocktails, and beers.
