According to a recent permit filing, a yet-to-be-named concept has filed for a Printer’s Row location at 620 S Dearborn Street STE B.

A representative of the new concept was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While information is currently limited, the new concept was filed for under Fornomauri, Llc. The two managing members are listed as Nandita Michi and Maurizio Michi.

The concept could be called Forno Mauri, but has not been confirmed and is listed as “TBD” on the permit filing. Crexi states that “Forno Mauri – Pizzeria is new to the building (replacing Baird & Warner)…” The property itself listed to soon be home to the new concept is referred to as The Transportation Building.

“The Transportation Building is a twenty-two-story building that was constructed in 1911, it is the tallest high-rise in Chicago’s Printers Row neighborhood, and features retail units on the ground floor and 296 residential condominiums ranging from 1-Bedroom to 2-Bedroom units on the upper floors.”
