Tapville Social, the craft beer and cider franchise, announced that its newest “Drink While You Shop” location is now open in the Center Court at Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL. This venture is spearheaded by a team of Chicago entrepreneurs: Samuel Kirkland, Danny Ruffin, Cortney Bell, and Bennie Cole.

Bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the table, Kirkland, Ruffin, Bell, and Cole form a quartet poised to revolutionize the craft beverage scene in Lombard. Their unique blend of corporate savvy, restaurant mastery, and logistics know-how sets the stage for an unparalleled Tapville experience.

“Tapville isn’t just a business venture for us; it’s a passion project fueled by our adventurous spirits and commitment to creating a lasting legacy for our families,” says Samuel Kirkland, spokesperson for the franchisee team in a statement. “We were immediately drawn to the innovative concept and unwavering support provided by Tapville’s leadership. It’s a brand that resonates with consumers and offers immense potential for growth.”

With their sights set on Yorktown Center and beyond, Kirkland, Ruffin, Bell, and Cole are gearing up to introduce Tapville’s concept to the community. They are also set to launch a fleet of mobile taprooms, poised to make a splash in Detroit and its surrounding areas.

“At Tapville, we’re not just opening businesses; we’re creating experiences,” adds Danny Ruffin. “We’re confident that Tapville’s innovative approach and diverse selection of craft beverages will captivate the hearts and thirst of our community.”

The addition of Tapville is part of a “transformational master plan” that Yorktown Mall and the Village of Lombard unveiled earlier this year. This includes a mixed-use development with more than 700 residential units as well as a park that will host events, concerts, pop-ups and more.

The Tapville – Drink While You Shop at Yorktown Center will be a vibrant hub of craft beer and cider enthusiasts, offering a curated selection of brews to suit every palate.
