Sweetgreen To Open In Denver On Tennyson

Sweetgreen will open its seventh Denver-based restaurant on Tuesday, February 6th in Denver on Tennyson at 3985 N Tennyson Street, Suite 110.

The restaurant brand brings its menu of salads, warm bowls, protein plates, and sides, featuring favorites like the Harvest Bowl and Crispy Rice Bowl, and new protein-packed plates including the Miso Glazed Salmon, Southwest Chicken Fajita and Hot Honey Chicken.

For every meal sold on opening day, Sweetgreen will donate a meal to the Market at Integrated Family Community Services to nourish Coloradans experiencing food insecurity in Metro Denver. With their Market providing free groceries year-round, Integrated Family Community Services nourishes lives by providing essential services and community resources to help Coloradans achieve self-sufficiency.

To celebrate opening day, guests will be able to enjoy giveaways, including Sweetgreen totes featuring artwork by local artist Meredith Steele Art, sweet treats from Legacy Pie Co., and a coffee bar by Huckleberry Roasters while supplies last from 10:30am-1:30pm. Guests will also be able to listen to live music from Graham Good & The Painters during the event!

Sweetgreen also partnered with Denver-based artist Meredith Steele on artwork for the new location, titled ‘Winter Spring Summer Fall.’ For this project, she created compositions made of organic and geometric shapes, with each piece representing food’s seasonality through various color palettes.

The new location is 2,138 sq ft, and will accommodate 20 diners inside and 12 diners outside. Store hours are 10:30am to 10:00pm daily.
