Second Location Expected for Breakfast Spot Bodega

Bodega, beloved breakfast haven from Cliff Blauvelt and Cara Cox, is gearing up for expansion with the announcement of its second location coming. The eatery will open in a retail space at the Novel RiNo complex, at 1350 40th St., Denver Post reports .

Two years after first captivating fans in Sunnyside, Bodega’s popularity has only increased. Loyal patrons love the eatery’s signature breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and burgers, and fast-casual setup.

The eatery will join neighbors Magna Kainan and Corvus Coffee at the Novel RiNo apartment property. It will be a ground-floor space and is slated to open for business sometime in the fall.

Plans for the new space include incorporating more savory dishes and experimenting with an all-day brunch menu, extending operating hours until 6 p.m. Bodega will also have a happy hour with craft cocktails, and grab-and-go options.
