Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, a well-known coffee franchise specializing in premium Hawaiian-sourced coffees, is expanding its presence in Colorado. The brand signed a new three-store agreement, according to QSR Magazine.

As part of the deal, the business will open two locations in Northern Colorado. Currently, Bad Ass Coffee is in the site selection phase for those stores, so there are no address assignments available yet.

The agreement involves local entrepreneur Bill Leary, a Denver native with deep community roots, who will oversee the opening of these new cafés. He will also operate a location in Downtown Denver that will open later this year.

The brand continues to grow its footprint across the U.S. It currently operates more than 30 U.S. locations and has seen steady growth in recent years, earning a spot on QSR’s 2023 40/40 List as one of America’s hottest emerging fast casual brands.
