Post Chicken & Beer is expected to join the slew of local restaurants heading to the Denver International Airport (DIA) in the coming months.

The airport, which has been undergoing a revamp over the past couple of years, is planning to welcome multiple tenants this year, including Mister Oso, Bar Dough, ChoLon, The Bindery, Uncle, Maria Empanada and Osteria Marco . Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, which falls into the Big Red F hospitality group portfolio alongside Post Chicken & Beer, is also expected to come to the DIA.

The DIA revamp has been focusing on bringing in local businesses and plans to open six marketplaces throughout the airport. The first opened in Concourse A in May, with four more planned to open by the end of this year, including two in Concourse C, one in Concourse B-East and one in Concourse A-West.

Although these marketplaces are slated for a 2024 opening, it is unclear at this time what the opening timeline is for Post Chicken & Beer.

Post Chicken & Beer is a Big Red F concept. The hospitality group, founded by Dave Query, has been around since 1994 and has four other concepts in its portfolio, including Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, West End Tavern, Centro Mexican Kitchen and Velvet Elk Lounge.

Post Chicken & Beer currently has six locations throughout the Greater Denver area. As the name suggests, its menu features chicken biscuit sandwiches and a beer menu that rotates throughout the year.
