    Huckleberry Roasters Expanding Once Again

Huckleberry Roasters is making its mark in Denver’s Congress Park with a new location. The local java company is expanding its reach, taking over the former Starbucks site at 801 Colorado Blvd., Denver Post reports.

This announcement will mark the seventh store for the popular local coffee chain, co-founded by Koan Goedman in 2011. The company aims to have the new location operational by the end of the year.

The decision to occupy an existing coffee shop allows Huckleberry to streamline the opening process, significantly reducing the time and complexities typically associated with launching a new business.

Huckleberry Roasters is known for offering a range of coffee drinks made from meticulously sourced beans. The menu features signature beverages such as single-origin pour-overs, espresso drinks, and unique seasonal offerings, along with pastries, breakfast items, and sandwiches.
