Effin Egg is Coming to Detroit

Metro Detroit is about to get a new breakfast spot. Kansas-based Effin Egg plans to open a new location at 4160 Cass Ave . The location is anticipated to open later in the summer. The news was first seen on Crain’s Detroit .

Effin Egg Detroit is currently hiring for all positions. According to business registration materials with the state, the location is owned and operated by franchisee Elizabeth (Liz) Rogers , who is also an established Real Estate attorney and partner at Southfield’s Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.

According to information on the chain’s website, once open, the Detroit location will operate daily from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The location is currently hiring for all positions and will also provide catering options. The chain is known for its robust menu of Mexican-fusion breakfast offerings including breakfast tacos and quesadillas.

Effin Egg currently has 25 locations. The Detroit location will be the chain’s first Michigan store. What Now Detroit reached out to Rogers but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.
