The Village of Rochester Hills announced that The Jackson Restaurant will be opening their doors to the public this Thursday, June 20 at 5:00 pm. The Jackson, co-owned by Michigan natives Chef Justin Vaiciunas and hospitality expert Michael Mauro, will offer a new style of restaurant to The Village’s culinary landscape.

The restaurant will pay homage to the American Abstract Expressionist artist Jackson Pollock and will offer a culinary experience that will push the boundaries of creative expression, leaving guests feeling as if they are eating in an inviting and chic modern art gallery.

Vaiciunas, a native of Rochester Hills, will create a menu focusing on artistic presentation, seasonality, and local sourcing. Mauro, a native of East Lansing, will provide guests with a curated selection of new and old-world wines as well as elevated cocktails. Incorporating the use of color and modern vision of Pollock, The Jackson aims to become a culinary destination that reflects a commitment to culinary and artistic excellence.

The Jackson Restaurant is located at 184 N. Adams Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 inside The Village of Rochester Hills Outdoor Lifestyle and Shopping Center at the corner of Walton and Adams Rd.
