According to a recently issued permit, the project will see a tenant finish-out of a 5,161-square-foot space, with an estimated cost of $1.3 million.

The new location will bring the beloved Chili’s experience to the growing Willis community, offering a convenient and welcoming spot for residents and travelers alike to enjoy the chain’s signature dishes, including their famous Baby Back Ribs and sizzling fajitas.
